Youth & Children's Formation
An Episcopal-Lutheran Community
Christian Formation for children entering kindergarten through 7th grade (ages 5 – 13), is held from 9:45 – 10:45 A.M. most Sundays, from September through June.
Children are welcome to join us every week or just for one Sunday. The CF volunteers, Deb Shigley, Jean Kirkland and Tricia Cotterill work to immerse the children in a bible story or point of learning about our religion or church, by spending several weeks learning about the same idea from different perspectives. The learning is accomplished through music, drama, computer games, arts & crafts, stories, movies and kitchen crafts or cooking. The children enjoy a mostly healthy snack and join their families for communion.
